摘要

目的: 优选薄荷油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(薄荷油-HP-β-CD)的包合工艺。方法: 采用饱和水溶液法制备薄荷油-HP-β-CD

以薄荷油包合率为指标

通过 L9(3)4 正交设计考察投料比、包合时间、包合温度对工艺的影响

并通过TLC和UV对包合物进行验证。结果: 最佳包合条件为薄荷油和HP-β-CD投料比1:4

包合时间1 h

包合温度30 ℃

包合率15.45%。结论: 优选的包合工艺稳定可行

薄荷油-HP-β-CD包合物已形成

且包合过程对挥发油成分无影响。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize inclusion technology of pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes. Method: Pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method

with inclusion rate of pennyroyal as index

effects of materials feed ratio

inclusion time and tempreature on inclusion technology were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test

and the inclusion complexes was identified by TLC and UV. Result: The best inclusion conditions were as followings:ratio of pennyroyal and HP-β-CD 1: 4

inclusion time 1 h

inclusion temperature of 30 ℃.Under these conditions

inclusion rate of pennyroyal was 15.45%. Conclusion: This optimized inclusion technology was stable and feasible

pennyroyal-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes had been formed

and inclusion process had no effects on volatile oil components.
