extracted 3 times with 20 minutes each time
yield of icariin 88.06%.Optimum conditions of microwave-assisted vacuum reflux extraction technology were:extraction power 500 W
extracted 2 times with 20 minutes per time
extraction rate of icariin was 93.27%.Optimum conditions of ultrasonicwave-assisted vacuum extraction technology were:extraction power 200 W
extracted 2 times with 10 minutes per time
extraction rate of icariin was 94.16%. Conclusion: These three vacuum reflux processes were all better than atmospheric reflux extraction.In practical application
