Objective: To establish a method for simultaneously determining puerarin
calycosin-7-O-D-glycoside
naringin and icariin in Xintong oral liquid by HPLC-DAD. Method: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Quantitative analysis of HPLC showed that the linear ranges of puerarin
calycosin-7-O-D-glycoside
naringin and icariin were 0.441-11.0

0.134-3.47 μg respectively. The average recovery was 98.53%

98.64% and 99.16%. Conclusion: The method set up is easy and rapid
therefore available for the quality control of Xintong oral liquid.
