Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC-RID method for determination of glycerin in ibuprofen oral solution. Method: Waters Spherisorb NH2 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5.0 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (85:15)
column temperature 30℃
the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and RID temperature was 35℃. Result: This established method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.881 2-88.12 μg (r=0.999 9) for glycerin.The detection and quantitation limits were 11.05
110.05 ng respectively
the average recovery (n=5) was 102.8%(RSD 1.4%). Conclusion: This method was convenient
accurate and reliable
which could provide a reference for quality control of ibuprofen oral solution.
