Objective: To optimize enzymatic extraction technology conditions of polysaccharides from Eclipta prostrasta. Method: Composite score of yield of polysaccharides and the content of protein as index

the amount of cellulose enzyme 3%
hydrolysis time 3 hours and temperature at 50℃. Conclusion: Yield of polysaccharides from E. prostrasta could significantly increase by enzymolysis water extraction method.
