摘要

目的: 建立HPLC测定花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

Phenomenex Synergi C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

4 μm)

乙腈-水 (62:38)为流动相

检测波长322 nm

流速1.0 mL·min-1

柱温室温。结果: 蛇床子素在0.077~0.772 μg线性关系良好(r＝0.999 9)

平均加样回收率为105.0%

RSD 1.5%(n=6)。结论: 该方法操作简便

结果准确可靠

可作为花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule. Method: The Phenomenex Synergi C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

4 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (62:38) as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Column temperature was set at ambient temperature. Result: A good linearity was obtained as the content of osthole within the range of 0.077-0.772 μg (r＝0.999 9) and the average recovery rate (n=6) was 105.0% with RSD 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple

available

reliable and accurate

so can be used to contro1 the content of osthole in Huashe Jieyang capsule.
