摘要

目的: 建立中风回春胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量

色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-1%甲酸溶液(40∶60)

流速1 mL·min-1

检测波长286 nm

进样量10 μL

柱温30 ℃。结果: 丹酚酸B在7.9~196.5 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)

平均加样回收率为99.06%

RSD 1.54%。结论: 建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好

可用于中风回春胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of salvianolic acid B in Zhongfenghuichun Capsule. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B. A Phenomenex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% methanoic acid (40∶60). Flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The calibration curve of salvianolic acid B was in good linearity over the range of 7.9-196.5 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.06% with RSD of 1.54%. Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Zhongfenghuichun Capsule.
