摘要

目的: 确定宁夏六盘山栽培黄芩的适宜采收期。方法: 通过HPLC比较测定不同生长期采集的不同株龄的栽培黄芩中黄芩苷的含量

同时比较醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果: 栽培黄芩中黄芩苷的含量10月份最高

醇溶性浸出物的含量在7~9月份增长较快、在10月份达最高

3年生黄芩根重(10月份)较2年生重。结论: 综合分析栽培黄芩中黄芩苷的含量、醇溶性浸出物的含量及其生物量

栽培黄芩适宜的采收期为第3年的10月份。

Abstract

Objective:To study the suitable harvest time of Scutellerir baicalensis in Ningxia liupan mountain. Method: HPLC was used to compare the content of radix baicalin from different time of the collection and different strains of the age

at the same time to compare the alcohol-soluble extract content. Result: S. baicalensis baicalin cultivated in October had the highest

content

alcohol-soluble extract content from S. baicalensis baicalin cultivated during the period of July to September was growing rapidly

the highest content was found in October

adixscutellariae root weight (October) with three years life had higher tcontent han the biennial. Conclusion: The optimμm collection time for ultivating S. baicalensis was October in the third year of growth.
