目的: 考察紫菀丸对血热出血模型大鼠血液流变性、凝血时间及肺部的影响。 方法: SD大鼠随机分为6组
分别为空白对照组
模型对照组
云南白药组(0.5 g·kg-1)
紫菀丸高、中、低(5
2.5
1.25 g·kg-1)剂量组。将供试品按每日20 mL·kg-1的剂量灌胃(ig)
2次/d
给药7 d。除空白对照组外
其余组复制血热出血大鼠模型
并比较紫菀丸对其血液流变性、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白含量(FIB)以及肺部的影响。 结果: 模型对照组较空白对照组有显著性差异
明显升高全血黏度
血浆黏度
TT
APTT明显延长
PT显著缩短
FIB含量显著增加。紫菀丸中剂量组能够显著降低血热出血模型大鼠的全血黏度

明显增加FIB的含量。紫菀丸高剂量组能明显缩短TT
紫菀丸低剂量组能显著延长PT。紫菀丸中剂量组依次为全血黏度200 s-1(5.87±0.24) mPa·s

紫菀丸能够改善血热出血大鼠肺部损伤的相关症状
中剂量效果最好
其次是高、低剂量。 结论: 紫菀丸中剂量组能够改善血热出血大鼠异常的血液流变学指标
通过影响内、外源性凝血酶及纤维蛋白原来达到止、凝血效果
紫菀丸高剂量组对部分血液流变学和凝血指标有一定的效果。紫菀丸剂量组对模型组大鼠肺部的损伤都有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ziwan Wan on the hemorheological parameters

The middle dosage showed the best effect. Conclusion: The middle dose of Ziwan Wan showed the effect of Cooling blood and hemostasis by ameliorating the abnormal hemorheological parameters. The middle dose of Ziwan Wan is effective for hemostasis
and plays roles by ways of endogenous thrombin
extrinsic thombin and fibrin. The high dose of Ziwan Wan has certain effect for part of the abnormal hemorheological parameters and hemostasis parameters. Three doses of Ziwan Wan showed therapeutical effect in damaged lungs in fevered and bleeding model.
