摘要

目的: 建立复方龙脷胶囊中栀子苷和大黄素甲醚的测定方法。方法: 采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相分别为乙腈-水(15:85)、甲醇-水(95:5)

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长分别为238

254 nm

柱温25℃。结果: 栀子苷、大黄素甲醚分别在0.493 2~2.959 2 μg (r=0.999 5)和0.063 4~0.380 4 μg (r=1.000 0) 线性关系良好

平均加样回收率分别为100.4%

101.3%

RSD分别为1.9%

1.7%。结论: 方法简便可行

结果准确

重复性好

可用于复方龙脷胶囊中栀子苷和大黄素甲醚的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide and Physcion in Compound Longli Capsule. Method: Waters Symmetry C18 analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water (15:85) and methanol-water (95:5) respectively;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

UV detection wavelength was set at 238

254 nm respectively. The column temperature was maintained at 25℃. Result: Under the chromatographic conditions used

the calibration curve of geniposide and physcion was linear in the range of 0.493 2-2.959 2 μg (r=0.999 5) and 0.063 4-0.380 4 μg (r=1.000 0) respectively. The average recoveries was 100.4% and 101.3% with RSD 1.9% and 1.7% respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate

effective and feasible. It can be used for the determination of the content of geniposide and physcion contained in Compound Longli capsule.
