Objective: To establish the RP-HPLC quantitative determination method of uridine and adenosine in Allii Tuberosi Semen. Method: CNW C18-WP column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) was applied with water (A)-acetonitrile (B) as mobile phase. The gradient elution condition was 0-20 min
0%-20% B and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Result: Uridine and adenosine revealed good linear relation from 9.56 to 95.60 ng and from 10.20 to 102.0 ng respectively with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 7 and 0.999 6.The average recoveries of them were 98.04% and 101.99% with RSD of 0.99% and 1.44%. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate with good repeatability and stability
which was suitable for the quality control of Allii Tuberosi Semen.
