Objective: To optimize extraction technology of effective ingredients from Majie Pingchuan cataplasma. Method: With extraction rate and transmittance of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride as comprehensive evaluation index
extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test
transdermal test of extract was adopted by Franz diffusion cell
the contents of amygdalin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:reflux extracted 2 times with 6-fold the amount of 80% ethanol
1.5 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized technology met actual application requirements by combining with pharmacodynamic index
it could provide basis for clinical practice of Majie Pingchuan cataplasma.
