通过正交试验考察提取次数、提取时间、加水量、浸泡时间对水提取工艺的影响。 结果: 挥发油最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水浸泡0.5 h
蒸馏6 h;最佳水提取工艺为加10倍量水煎煮3次
每次1 h。 结论: 优选的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行
为培土清心颗粒的成型工艺研究奠定基础。
Abstract
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Peitu Qingxin granules. Method: With yield of volatile oil as index
single factor tests were adopted to investigate effect of the amount of water
soaking time and distillation time on extraction technology of volatile oil.With yield of phillyrin and extract rate as comprehensive evaluation index

extraction times and soaking time on water extraction technology was investigated by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum extraction technology of volatile oil was as following:soaked 0.5 h with 8 times the amount of water
then distilled 6 h.Optimum water extraction technology conditions were as follows:boiled 3 times with 10 times the amount of water
1 each time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple
stable and feasible
it could settle foundation for molding technology of Peitu Qingxin granules.
