可用于芭蕉根药材的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective: To establish the UPLC fingerprint analysis method of Musa basjoo
for its quality control. Method: Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm
1.8 μm) column was used
the mobile phase was composed 0.1% acetic acid water-acetonitrile with gradient elution
detection wavelength was set at 290 nm
the flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1
column temperature was 35℃. Determination of fingerprint of Musa basjoo
the system cluster and similarity comparison was used to analysis the different origin M. basjoo herbs. Result: The UPLC fingerprint of M. basjoo was established and calibration of 16 common peaks
M. basjoo herbs can be divided into three categories by hierarchical cluster analysis
combined with the similarity analysis results indicate that the different origin of the M. basjoo had difference content of chemical composition. Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid
accurate
reproducible
so it can be used for quality control of the M. basjoo herbs.
