摘要

目的: 建立一种用非水滴定法来测定丹参素钠原料药的含量测定方法。方法: 将丹参素钠用冰醋酸-醋酐(1:1.5)溶解后

以结晶紫为指示液

用高氯酸滴定液(0.1 mol·L-1)滴定

用电位法来判定滴定终点

并用指示剂在电位突跃时的颜色作为滴定终点颜色; 结果: 非水滴定法用来测定丹参素钠原料含量

与传统高效液相法相比较

二者结果相吻合。结论: 该方法操作简便、精密度高

可作为丹参素钠原料药含量测定的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a non-aqueous titration method to determine the content of sodium danshensu. Method: Non-aqueous titration method was performed with acetic acid and acetic anhydride (1:1.5) as the solvent and crystal violet as indicator. The sodium danshensu solution was titrated with 0.1 mol·L-1 perchloric acid solution. The end point was decided by potentiometric method and indicator method. Result: The results of non-aqueous titration were in agreement with the results of HPLC. Conclusion: The non-aqueous titration method was accurate

reliable and precise

and it can be used to determine the content of sodium danshensu.
