摘要

目的: 观察溃结灵含药血清对Caco-2细胞损伤模型细胞增殖的影响。方法: 应用三硝基苯磺酸灌肠法复制溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型

分离血清

作为损伤剂作用于Caco-2细胞一段时间

模拟细胞炎性损伤模型

MTT法观察不同浓度溃结灵含药血清对Caco-2细胞损伤模型细胞增殖的影响。结果: 与模型血清组比较

10%

2.5%

1.25%

0.625%溃结灵含药血清作用Caco-2细胞损伤模型24 h后

有促进其增殖的作用

尤以10%溃结灵含药血清效果最佳(P<0.05)。结论: 溃结灵含药血清可促进Caco-2细胞炎性损伤后细胞增殖。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Kuijieling decoction contained serum on cell proliferation in Caco-2 cell injury model. Method: Rectal instillation of trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS) was used to establish the rats model of ulcerative colitis

3 days later blood simples were collected and serum was separated

which was used to intervene Caco-2 cells for a period of time to simulate cell inflammatory injury model

the effect of different concentrations of Kuijieling decoction contained serum oncell proliferation was observed by the method of MTT. Result: Compared with the model serum group

especially 10% of Kuijieling decoction contained serum was best(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuijieling decoction contained serum could promote the proliferation of Caco-2 cells after injury.
