目的: 考察化瘀通痹胶囊对风湿性关节炎的治疗作用。方法: 给予大鼠Freund’s完全佐剂复制佐剂性关节炎模型。实验分为空白对照、模型对照(等容去离子水)、寒湿痹颗粒(3.5 g·kg-1)组与化瘀通痹胶囊高、中、低剂量(生药

化瘀通痹胶囊高、中剂量组可抑制蛋清致炎后4 h大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05);高剂量组能降低二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的程度(P<0.05);高、中剂量组小鼠扭体反应次数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论: 化瘀通痹胶囊具有良好的抗炎、镇痛作用

对风湿性关节炎具有明显的预防和治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of Huayu Tongbi capsule therapy treating rheumatic arthritis. Method: Induce the model of arthritis in rats by Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA).The rats were used and randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control
