compared with control group the difference between Chinese stroke scale(CSS) score was statistically significant (P<0.05).The efficacy and the hemorheological indexes in treatment group were better than control group in advanced age patients with acute cerebral infarction.The immediate and after 7 d collateral circulation compensation improvement rate in the treatment group patients after treatment were better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone has accurate curative effects

it can effectively improve the intracranial arterial hemodynamics of patients and the nerve function.
