30 g·kg-1)瓜蒌薤白白酒汤对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠生理学、血清学和组织学相关指标的影响
探讨瓜蒌薤白白酒汤抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的疗效。 方法: 6组SPF级大鼠采用结扎心脏冠状动脉左前降支法复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型
观察心电图ST段变化
分离血清检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性、丙二醛(MDA) 以及血清肌酸激酶(CK)
肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)含量。摘取左室心肌做常规组织切片
观察其组织学变化。 结果: 与模型组相比
瓜蒌薤白白酒汤组在造模后10~30 min各时间段均见T波明显回落(P<0.05);与假手术组比较
模型组MDA水平明显升高
SOD明显降低;与模型组比较
瓜蒌薤白白酒汤组MDA水平降低(P<0.05)
SOD水平升高(P<0.05)。病理组织结果显示高剂量组优于低剂量组。 结论: 瓜蒌薤白白酒汤剂量对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用
且在一定范围内
剂量越高
保护作用越强。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Gualou Xiebai decoction on physiology

histology target of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Method: The ischemic model was made by occluding the left anterior descending artery (LAD) in rats. Not only the change of ST segment was observed
but also the activity of creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB)
lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in serum were measured. The histological changes were observed. Result: Compared with the model group
the T amplitude of wave was lowered apparently during the period of 10 to 30 min in Gualou Xiebai decoction group. Compared with the model group
MAD level in Gualou Xiebai decoction was reduced(P<0.05)
and the level of SOD was increased(P<0.05). Histopathological results showed that the high dose group was superior to the low dose group. Conclusion: Gualou Xiebai decoction has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
