研究复方蛹虫草颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的作用。采用四甲基氮唑盐(MTT)比色法研究复方蛹虫草颗粒含药血清对小鼠正常以及刀豆蛋白A(ConA)、脂多糖(LPS)诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。 结果: 复方蛹虫草颗粒0.355
2.13 g·kg-1组耳肿胀程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01
P<0.05);复方蛹虫草颗粒0.355
0.71 g·kg-1组能提高小鼠碳吞噬指数(P<0.05);与空白血清组比较

Objective: To investigate the influence of compound cordyceps militaris granules on the immunity function of mice. Method: Mice were randomized into the normal group

and dinitrofluorobenzene induced delayed type hypersensitivity test (DTH) and carbon clearance test in vivo were employed to evaluate the immunologic function of mice. Compound cordyceps militaris granules containing serum on effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and concanavalin A (ConA) induced lymphocyte proliferation was detected by MTT test. Result: The compound cordyceps militaris granules given by ig 0.355 g·kg-1 could significantly potentiate DTH in mice (P<0.01)
and 2.13 g·kg-1 of the granules was significantly enhanced the DTH in mice (P<0.05). Carbon clearance test showed that compound cordyceps militaris granules given by ig (0.71
0.355 g·kg-1) could evidently improve the carbon clearance indexes (P<0.05).Lymphocyte proliferation in 2.13 g·kg-1 compound cordyceps militaris containing serum group was significantly enhanced comparing with control group (P<0.01)

Compound cordyceps militaris contaming serum 4.26 g·kg-1 could enhance ConA-induced T cell proliferation (P<0.01). Compound cordyceps militaris contaming serum 12.78 g·kg-1 could improve the proliferation of LPS-induced B lymphocyte obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound cordyceps militaris granules can enhance immune function obviously.
