Objective: A systematic review on treatment of infections by Zhisou san was carried out.Method: Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trial (RCT) was used

and RevMan 5.1 software for statistical analysis was adopted.Result: A total of 24 published RCT (n=2 147) was included

which was divided into the experimental group of 1 087 cases and the control group of 1 060 cases. In simple Zhisou san and western medicine groups the combined OR of cure rate of the group fixed effects model was 3.71
