Objective: To investigate influence of different compatibility to the contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids (benzoylmesaconine

and felt to 667.59 μg in compatible decoction of Aconiti Radix Cocta and black beans. Conclusion: Compatibility of Saposhnikoviae Raidix and black beans could reduce to a large extent contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids from Aconiti Radix Cocta
it provided guidance for revealing attenuated compatibility mechanism of Aconiti Radix Cocta.
