摘要

目的: 探讨不同炮制方法对续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ

Ⅹ含量的影响。方法: 采用HPLC同时测定续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ

Ⅹ含量

考察不同炮制方法对川续断皂苷Ⅵ

Ⅹ含量的影响。结果: 与续断生品相比

炮制后川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量增加

川续断皂苷Ⅹ含量减少。结论: 不同炮制方法均能影响续断中皂苷类成分含量

证明了传统炮制方法的合理性。

Abstract

Objective: To explore influence of different processing methods to the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix. Method: The contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix were determined by HPLC

effects of different processing methods on the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ were investigated. Result: Compared with the crude samples

the content of asperosaponin Ⅵ increased and the content of asperosaponin Ⅹ decreased in processed samples. Conclusion: Different processing methods could affect saponins content in Dipsaci Radix

it demonstrated that traditional processing methods for Dipsaci Radix was reasonable.
