摘要

目的: 对益智仁的化学成分进行研究。方法: 采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等分离方法对益智仁95%乙醇溶液提取物进行成分分离

通过谱学分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果: 共分离得到9个化合物

分别鉴定为 teuhetenone A (1)、α-羟甲基糠醛 (α-hydroxymethyl furfural

2)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid

3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate

4)、丁二酸-1-(5-甲酰基-2-呋喃)甲酯-4-正丁酯[1-n-butyl-4-(5'-formyl-2'-furanyl)methyl succinate

5]、杨芽黄素(tectochrysin

6)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterolum

7)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol

8)、正壬烷基木糖醇(1-O-nonyl-xylitol

9)。结论: 化合物2

9为首次从益智仁中分离得到

化合物9是新的天然产物。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Alpinia oxyphylla. Method: The chemical constituents of 95% ethanol extract of A. oxyphylla were isolated by silica gel column chromatography

sephadex LH-20 column chromatography

together with preparative liquid chromatography method

and the structures were identified by means of NMR spectral analysis and physico-chemical properties. Result: Nine compounds were obtained and elucidated as teuhetenone A (1)

α-hydroxymethyl furfural(2)

protocatechuic acid (3)

dibutyl phthalate(4)

1-n-butyl-4-(5'-formyl-2'-furanyl) methyl succinate (5)

tectochrysin(6)

β-sitosterolum(7)

daucosterol(8)

1-O-nonyl-xylitol(9). Conclusion: Compounds 2

5 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time

and compound 9 was a new natural product.
