目的: 探讨藏药巴桑母酥油丸对放射线--化学复合损伤小鼠红系造血功能的影响及可能机制。方法: 采用外周血红细胞计数、造血祖细胞集落分析、实时荧光定量多聚酶链反应等方法
检测灌胃巴桑母酥油丸(0.75

3.0 g·kg-1)后放射线-化学复合损伤小鼠外周血红细胞(RBC)数及血红蛋白(Hb)量、骨髓红系造血祖细胞集落产率、肾脏红细胞生成素(Epo)和脾脏红细胞生成素受体(EpoR)mRNA 表达量。结果: 灌胃14
20 d后
巴桑母酥油丸中、高剂量组外周血RBC数显著高于空白组、模型组和低剂量组(P<0.05);灌胃20 d后
巴桑母酥油丸中剂量Hb含量显著高于空白组和模型组(P<0.05)。灌胃14 d后
巴桑母酥油丸中剂量组骨髓细胞的早期、晚期红系祖细胞(CFU-E
BFU-E)集落产率均显著高于空白组和模型组(P<0.01);中剂量组肾脏Epo mRNA相对表达量显著高于空白组和模型组(P<0.05)。结论: 巴桑母酥油丸可以通过刺激肾脏Epo分泌、促进骨髓造血祖细胞增殖分化
进而促进放射线-化学复合损伤小鼠外周血RBC数及Hb含量的恢复。
