摘要

目的: 测定天杏咳喘贴中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的大鼠离体透皮率。方法: 以生理盐水为接受介质

采用HPLC测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量

考察天杏咳喘贴中2种成分的离体透皮率。结果: 盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱24 h的离体透皮率分别为12.37%

12.04%

36 h的离体透皮率分别为14.81%

14.34%。结论: 天杏咳喘贴中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的大鼠离体透皮率较高

为该制剂的临床疗效研究提供依据。

Abstract

Objective: To determinate in vitro transdermal rates of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride from Tianxing Kechuan patches in rats. Method: Accepted physiological saline as receiving medium

the contents of percutaneous ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC

in vitro transdermal rate of two index ingredients from Tianxing Kechuan patches was investigated. Result: Cumulative transdermal rates of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in 24 hours were 12.37% and 12.04%

respectively

and in 36 hours were 14.81% and 14.34%

respectively. Conclusion: In vitro transdermal rates of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine from Tianxing Kechuan patches in rats were high

which provided basis for clinical efficacy studies of this preparation.
