Objective: The active components with function of eliminating fire and detoxication from Sanhuang Xiexin tang were annalyzed to provide scientific data for the discovery of active components and the establishment of quality evaluation methods. Method: The active components were determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) compatibility. Result: The active components with function of eliminating fire and detoxication were Alkaloids-Flavonoids-Anthraquinones.Therwere 16 kinds of active components.
