目的: 建立白芍提取物中中总糖含量的测定方法。方法: 通过单因素试验确定实验的最大吸收波长
硫酸浓度
显色液用量
加热时间和显色时间。实验条件确定后
从加样回收率
重复性
线性和范围几方面进行方法学验证。同时
将优化后的方法与传统方法进行对比。结果: 最佳实验条件为:硫酸与水的体积比为5:1;显色液体积为5 mL;加热时间为50 min;显色时间为15 min。在最佳实验条件下
葡萄糖标准溶液在0.019~0.189 mg线性关系良好
回归方程为Y =7.488 X-0.000 2(R2=0.999 5)。三个比例的加样回收率为102.00%

Objective: The aim is to establish the determination method of saccharide in Pareonia albiflota extracts. Method: The volume ratio of sulfuric acid and water

and ice bath time were studied by single-factor experiment. Result: The optimum experimental conditions were as following: 5: 1 of the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and water

the standard solutions of glucose possessed good linear with absorbance when its concentration was 0.019-0.189 mg. The linear equation was Y=7.488X-0.000 2(R2=0.999 5). The recovery ratio of three degrees was 102%
