摘要

目的: 测定丝瓜根药材中常春藤皂苷元的含量。方法: 采用HPLC

Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(钻石) (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(85:15:0.04:0.02)为流动相

流速1 mL·min-1

检测波长210 nm

柱温35 ℃。结果: 常春藤皂苷元在0.563 2~5.632 μg线性关系良好 (r=0.999 9)

加样回收率97.49%

RSD 1.86% (n=6)

重复性RSD 1.73% (n=6)。结论: 方法简便可行

重复性好

可用于丝瓜根药材的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To determine the content of hederagenin in root of Luffa cylindrica. Method: HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows:Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with column temperature at 35 ℃

the mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine (85: 15: 0.04: 0.02)

flow rate at l mL·min-1

and the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Result: The linearity of hederagenin was good in the range of 0.563 2-5.632 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.49%

RSD was 1.86%. RSD of repeatability was 1.73% (n=6) Conclusion: The method is simple

feasible and reproducible

which can be used to control the quality of root of L. cylindrica.
