摘要

目的: 分析中医传统疗法联合负压封闭引流治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法: 取四川南充市蓬安博爱医院骨科收治的慢性骨髓炎患者作为研究对象

随机分为使用常规治疗的对照组与使用中医传统疗法联合负压封闭引流治疗的观察组。比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、负面情绪及生活质量评分。结果: 观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者;观察组患者的疼痛评分情况明显轻于对照组患者;观察组患者接受治疗后的负面情绪评分及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组患者。结论: 使用中医传统疗法联合负压封闭引流疗法可以明显提高患者治疗效果、减轻其疼痛、提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with vacuum sealing drainage in treating chronic osteomyelitis. Method: Patients with chronic osteomyelitis were collected and randomly divided into control group given conventional treatment and observation group given TCM medicine combined with vacuum sealing drainage. Then treatment efficacy

Result: The therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group; the pain score in observation group was significantly milder than that in control group; negative mood score and quality of life score in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group patients. Conclusion: TCM therapy combined with vacuum sealing drainage therapy can significantly improve the results of treatment of patients
