Objective: To evaluate feasibility of fresh-cut process for Inulae Radix and improve traditional slicing process of it. Method: The contents of alantolactone
isoalantolactone and total flavonoids were employed as indicators

drying styles and slice thickness on fresh-cut process of Inulae Radix were investigated by orthogonal test
then compared with conventional slicing process.The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV;The contents of alantolactone and isoalantolactone were determined by HPLC
