摘要

目的: 研究百尾参Disporum cantoniense（Lour.）Merr.乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法: 利用硅胶色谱及重结晶进行化学成分分离与纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其根结构。结果: 从百尾参根中分离鉴定了6个化合物，分别为:大黄素甲醚（physcion， 1）、大黄素（emodin， 2）、豆甾醇（stigmasterol， 3）、槲皮素（quercetin， 4）、β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol， 5）、β-胡萝卜苷（daucosterol， 6）。结论: 化合物 1~4 为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the constituents of the roots of Disporum cantoniense in extracting with ethyl acetate. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and recrystallisation. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as physcion(1)

emodin(2)

stigmasterol(3)

quercetin(4)

β-sitosterol(5)

daucosterol(6). Conclusion: Compounds of 1-4 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
