目的: 探讨注射用灯盏花素对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经功能和氧化应激的影响。 方法: 90例DPN患者随机按数字法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用甲钴胺片0.5 mg/次,3次/d。疗程12周。观察组在对照组基础上加用注射用灯盏花素50 mg,1次/d,2周为1个疗程,间隔2周后进行下一疗程,共3个疗程。记录治疗前后神经症状、体征评分,检测治疗前后正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫前神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉传导速度(SNCV),检测血清总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)。 结果: 观察组总有效率91.11%,优于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05);治疗后两组神经症状、体征评分及总分均较治疗前显著下降,观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫前神经的MNCV均有明显改善,观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、胫前神经的SNCV均有明显改善,观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组TAOC、SOD水平较治疗前升高,并高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA水平显著下降,并低于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论: 注射用灯盏花素能改善DPN患者神经症状、体征,改善神经运动神经传导速度和感觉传导速度,疗效显著,其作用机制可能与减轻氧化应激损伤有关。
Objective: Breviscapine injection To observe the influence on nerve function and oxidative stress of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy disease. Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western therapy. Patients in observation group were treated with mecobalamine tablets
