热熔挤出（HME）制剂的处方由活性成分和功能性辅料等组成，HME与传统制剂技术相比具有不使用溶剂、工序少、可连续操作、生物利用度高等优势。作者从HME药物制剂的处方组成、设备和制备过程、质量评价及其在增溶、缓释、掩味等方面的应用进行整理分析，为HME在中药领域的推广提供参考。

in order to provide a reference for promotion of HME in field of Chinese materia medica.
