摘要

目的：分析猪牙皂Gleditsia sinensis的挥发性成分，为猪牙皂的开发利用提供实验依据。方法：利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取猪牙皂挥发油，采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）技术对挥发油进行分析。结果：共分离出99个化学成分，鉴定了81个化学成分，占挥发油总量的95%。其主要成分为右旋大根香叶烯（8.144%），芳樟醇（6.214%），δ-杜松烯（5.907%），α-古巴烯（4.657%），α-芹子烯（3.606%），正己醛（3.395%）。α-衣兰油烯（2.955%）。结论：本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对猪牙皂的挥发性成分进行研究，为该植物的深度开发提供参考数据。

Abstract

Objective: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile constituents of Gleditsia sinensis. Method: The volatile oil was extracted from G. sinensis by Steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Result: 99 compounds were separated and 81 of them were identified

which accounted for 95% of all the volatile oil. The major components were D-germacrene(8.144%)

linalool(6.214%)

δ-cadinene(5.907%)

α-copaene(4.657%)

α-selinene(3.606%)

hexanal(3.395%) and α-muurolene (2.955%). Conclusion: The volatile oil of G. sinensis was extracted by team distillation and analyzed by GC-MS to provide the basis for the next development.
