摘要

目的：探讨活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将92例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各46例。治疗组46例给予中药活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗，对照组46例给予口服尼莫地平，2周为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果：治疗4周后，两组治疗前后比较，在减少头痛发作次数、发作天数、每次头痛持续时间、减轻头痛程度方面均有不同程度的疗效（P < 0.01，P < 0.05），而治疗组较对照组有更明显优势，两组的差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。在总有效率方面，治疗组为91.30%明显高于对照组73.91%%，两组具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗血管神经性头痛疗效显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To probe the clinical therapeutic effects of Huoxue Qufeng Tongluo decoction (HQTD) combined with acupuncture on vascular headache. Method: Ninty-two vascular headache patients were randomly divided into HQTT group (n=46) with HQTT combined with acupuncture and control group (n=46) with Nimodipine for oral administration. 2 weeks is a therapeutic course. Therapeutic effects were measured and analyzed after 2 courses. Result: The therapeutic effect of HQTT groupwas significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05)

with the effective rates being 91.30% and 73.91%
