摘要

目的：用超高效液相色谱法建立通心络胶囊指纹图谱测定方法，全面评价其内在质量。方法： Waters ACQUIT UPLC® BEH C18色谱柱（2.1 mm×100 mm，1.7 μm），检测波长 203 nm，流动相乙腈-0.2% 磷酸水溶液，梯度洗脱，流速 0.45 mL·min-1，分析时间36 min，柱温30 ℃。结果：建立了通心络胶囊指纹图谱，标示出39个共有峰，共有峰相似度>0.96。结论：该方法准确、重复性好，可作为控制通心络胶囊的质量依据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a UPLC method for the determination of fingerprint chromatograms of Tongxinluo capsules

help its quality control and evaluate its internal quality. Method: A Waters ACQUIT UPLC® BEH C18column (2.1 mm×100 mm

1.7 μm) was used and acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.45 mL·min-1with gradient elution;the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm;the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: An UPLC method for the determination of fingerprint chromatograms of Tongxinluo capsules was established. It showed 39 common peaks and the similarity threshod was 0.96. Conclusion: The method was proved accurate and repeatable. It can be applied to the quality control of Tongxinluo capsules.
