用计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库和PubMed中近10年相关文献,检索词分别为“中药、骨髓间充质干细胞、神经样细胞、分化”和“Traditional Chinese medicine,Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells,neural cells,differentiation”,检索式分别为“并”和“and”。共检索到中文文献630篇,英文文献363篇,根据文献筛选标准剔除重复及不规范的文献,共纳入39篇文献。发现中药诱导骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)向神经样细胞分化的研究以中药复方制剂、单味中药、中药有效成分或部位的内容为多,这表明目前此方面研究为热点。中药有效成分或部位作用机制的解释更符合现代医学药理理论,而且更易结合并体现现代实验方法和技术的运用。用现代医学药理实验方法与技术研究中药诱导MSCs向神经元样细胞分化的同时,应当深化并体现传统中医药学药性法则、中药炮制方法、辨证论治理论等特色。为用中药作为诱导剂来防治缺血性脑疾病等神经系统疾病提供了一定理论依据。
