Objective: To establish a quality control method for simultaneous determination of multi-index component in Gymnadenia conpsea from different regions
and analyze the climatic factors on the impact of G. conpsea's active ingredient content. Method: The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5.0 μm). Methanol-0.1%H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: The linear range was precise. The stability and repeatability were less than 2.50%. The average recoveries were ranged from 96.97% to 101.55%
and the RSD was less than 1.46%. The 19 kinds of climatic factors and 3 kinds of geographic factors were used cluster analysis
Gymnadenia conpsea samples were analyzed by Diva-Gis. Experimental results showed that the index component content from different places of origin had remarkable differences. Meanwhile climatic factors also had relevance participate in the active ingredient content of G. conpsea. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reproducible
which presented a scientific and comprehensive evidence for controlling the quality and using the sustainable of G. conpsea.
