目的:比较鲜地黄及其保鲜加工品对血热出血模型大鼠凉血止血作用的区别。方法:SD雄性大鼠80只,以干姜水煎剂15 g·kg-1灌胃结合5%乙醇代替自由饮水,联合给药15 d 建立大鼠血热出血模型,造模成功后将造模组动物随机分为模型组、云南白药组、鲜地黄组、鲜地黄汁组、鲜地黄粉组、鲜地黄颗粒组、鲜地黄饮片组,各组灌胃给予相应药物15 d,模型组给与等体积的蒸馏水,余下各组剂量分别为:0.66,9,9,2,9,2 g·kg-1。给药后观察各组大鼠摄食量、饮水量、粪便含水量的变化,以及舌、胃、肺部出血情况。通过测定全血及血浆黏度以及凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量等指标,考察鲜地黄及其保鲜加工品对模型动物血液系统的影响。结果:造模后大鼠肛温升高,饮水量明显增加,摄食量减少,体重减轻,粪便含水量明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);全血高、中、低切黏度及血浆黏度明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。灌胃给药鲜地黄及其加工品后大鼠热盛症状明显减轻,全血黏度和血浆黏度以及凝血功能指标(PT,TT,APTT,FIB)渐趋于正常。病理组织学观察发现,鲜地黄及其炮制加工品能够改善血热出血大鼠舌、肺、胃部出血损伤的相关症状。结论:鲜地黄及其保鲜加工品能够减轻血热出血大鼠的热象症状,改善异常的血液流变学、凝血系统指标,具有凉血止血功效。

unprocessed and processed fresh R. glutinosa can improve the injured lung and stomach of blood of fevered and bleeding rats. Conclusion: fresh R. glutinosa and processed R. glutinosa can relieve blooding heating symptoms and bleeding in rats
and improve the abnormal hemorheological parameters and blood coagulation system.
