Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercitrin in Radix Wikstroemia indicae. Method: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) at room temperature; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution (25: 75) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1
and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Result: The calibration curves of quercitrin were linear in the range of 0.112-1.008 μg (r=0.999 1). The average recovery of quercitrin was 101.38% (RSD 2.78%)
and the properties of sample solution kept steady within 24 hours. Conclusion: This method is simple
