摘要

目的：基于中医传承辅助系统软件，分析孟河名医邓星伯先生治疗肺系病证的用药规律。方法：采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，分析邓星伯先生82首治疗肺系病证方剂中各个药物的使用频次和关联规则，提炼其对肺系病证的治疗经验。结果：处方中使用频次较高的药物包括甜杏仁、茯苓、炒竹茹、海浮石、石斛、浙贝母、栀子、白前等，同时挖掘出核心组合18个，新处方9个。结论：邓星伯先生用药平和，治疗肺系病证以止咳化痰、降气平喘法为主，兼以调补脾胃辅之，对于肺系病证的治疗有指导意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the principle of the treatment of pulmonary disease of Deng Xing-bo by using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system software. Method: Eighty-two prescriptions that built by Deng Xing-bo were input to the TCM inheritance support system

which can extract Dr. Deng's experiment in the treatment of pulmonary disease by analyzing the frequency of each drug in these prescriptions based on association rules and clustering algorithm. Result: From the analysis of the 82 prescriptions

Gardenia

Radix Cynanchi and so on. And there were also 18 core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions that found from the system. Conclusion: From the study

we can make a conclusion that Dr. Deng was good at curing the pulmonary disease by relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma

which complemented by nourishing spleen and stomach

which is mild and has efficacy for pulmonary disease.
