摘要

目的：建立HPLC-ELSD法测定参茯益气安神合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量方法。方法：采用Appllo C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）；流动相乙腈-水（36：64），流速1.0 mL·min-1，柱温30 ℃，ELSD参数为漂移管温度80 ℃，气体流速2.0 L·min-1。结果：黄芪甲苷在2.032~12.192μg峰面积积分值自然对数与进样量自然对数有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9），平均加样回收率为98.42%，RSD 1.36%。结论：该法操作简单、结果准确，重复性好，可用于参茯益气合剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Shenfu Yiqi Anshen Mixture. Method: HPLC-ELSD was used to determine astragloside Ⅳ in Shenfuyiqi Anshen Mixture

The separation was performed on Appllo C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with the mixture of acetonitrile-water (36:64) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and colume temperature at 30 ℃.The temperature of drift tube was 80 ℃ and zhe carrier flow was 2 L·min-1.Resuts:The linear ranges of astragaloside Ⅳ was 2.032-12.192 μg (r=0.9999)

with the average recovery rate were of 98.42%

RSD was 1.36%. Conclusion: The methods is simple

accurate

reproducible and it can used for the quality control of Shenfu Yiqi Anshen mixture.
