Objective: To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extracts from Stenoloma chusanum. Method: Use silica gel column chromato-graphy and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography to separate and purify the compounds. Structure identification was carried out by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology. Result: Thirteen compounds were separated and purified from ethyl acetate parts of S. chusanum
and identified as β-sitosterol (1)

vitexin (13). Conclusion: Compound 6 and 12 are discovered from Stenoloma for the first time.
