五味子与红参配伍对小鼠脑蛋白质及核酸含量的影响及组方分析

发现五味子和红参按 9∶ 1(或 8∶ 1)配伍可使脑蛋白质含量增加
两药间有协同作用。按以上比例 (9∶ 1)
两药配伍 (0 .75~ 1.5g/ kg
ig)使脑 DNA和 RNA含量增加 ;对于 RNA的增加作用
呈现量效关系 ;小鼠 L D50 ±L95=55.0 3± 4 .6 6 g/ kg
Abstract
Seven doses of Schisandra chinenesis (Sch) and Ginseng (Gin) in combination were given (ig) to seven group of mice for 5 d according to the uniform design. The results showed that the combinations could markedly increase the content of the brain protein at proportion (Sch∶Gin=9∶1 or 8∶1) and the influence of interaction was synergism. At the proportion (Sch:Gin=9∶1)
the combination (0 75~1 5g/kg
ig) could increase the content of DNA and RNA in brain tissue. To RNA
there was a dose effect relationship in the dose range of 1 5 to 0 375g/kg. The acute toxicity of the compatibility and its 95% confidence limit were 55 03 and 4 66g/kg
