给肾毒血清肾炎小鼠五加皮注射液后

其血清白蛋白升高 ;尿蛋白、血清尿素氮、血清总胆固醇降低。结果提示

五加皮注射液对肾炎有一定的治疗作用。

After Cortex Acanthopanacis Radicis Injection was administered to mice of nephrotoxic serum nephritis

the serum albumin was increased

urinary albumin

serum urea nitrogen and serum total cholesterol were decreased

together with the decreasing tendency of serum creatinine.The result shows that the injection has certain therapeutic effects on nephritis.
