摘要

目的 :改进红参中人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为C1 8柱

流动相为乙腈水（2 0∶80 ）

检测波长为 2 0 3nm。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Re的线性范围分别为 0 6 0 0 8～ 6 0 0 80 μg和 0 4 0 32～4 0 32 0 μg;平均回收率分别为 98 5 % （RSD =1 3%

n =6 ）和 99 2 % （RSD =1 1%

n =6 ）。结论 :本法简单、快速

结果准确。

Abstract

Objective:To improve on the HPLC method for determination of Ginsenosid Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re in Hongshen （Red Ginsen）.Method:A C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of CH-3CN-H-2O（20∶80） and the detection wavelength was 203nm.Results:The calibration curves were separately linear of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re between 0^6008～6^0080μg

0^4032～4.0320 μg;the average recoveries of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Ginsenoside Re were separately 98^5%（RSD1^3%

n6） and 99^2%（RSD1^1%

n6）.Conclusion:This method is simple

quick

reproducible and is suitable for the quality control of Hongshen.
