目的 :观察青香丸 (浓缩丸 )对家兔实验性乳腺增生的影响。方法 :本实验给雌性未孕家兔注射苯甲酸雌二醇
复制乳腺增生病理模型
造模的同时灌胃给药
测定乳房直径和长度、乳腺体积和重量、血清性激素水平、SOD活性、MDA含量、脏器系数
镜下观察乳腺组织病理形态学变化。结果 :青香丸 (浓缩丸 )明显减小家兔乳房直径、长度及乳腺体积
减轻乳腺重量
减少乳腺小叶数和腺泡数 ;此外
青香丸 (浓缩丸 )明显降低血清E2 水平
明显增加SOD活性
抑制胸腺系数减少。结论 :青香丸(浓缩丸 )具有调节性激素水平、增强清除自由基能力、减轻乳腺组织增生性病变等作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qingxiang Pill (concentrated Pill) on Mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH). Methods Injecting rabbits with estradiol benzoate induced the model of MGH
and rabbits in the normal control received saline injection only. Changes of breast diameter and length
mammary gland volume and weight were measured. The concentrations of sex hormones
SOD
and MDA in serum were estimated. The organ coefficients were measured
too. Pathologic changes in morphology due to MGH in rabbits were observed by microscopy. Results The medicine could improve hyperplasia of mammary glands in rabbits
reduce the enlargement value of breast diameter and length
mammary gland volume and weight
decrease the numbers of acinus and lobule of mammary glands. It could also decrease E-2 level in serum
and increase serum SOD activity and the coefficient of thymus. Conclusion Qingxiang Pill (concentrated Pill) can regulate sex hormone level
increase the ability to get rid of free radicals
and improve the pathologic changes in morphology due to MGH in rabbits.
