By using model of MCAO which is made by additional minute line (Φ 3mm) in arteria carotis intema for 120min of anesthetic rat. The experimental result showed that JNN could significantly alleviaete these changes:JNN 11.25g medicinal herbs/kg and 5.625g medicinal herbs/kg could improve the decrease of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity (P<0.01
