摘要

目的:建立枳术胶囊中枳实（炒）的高效液相含量测定方法。方法:以甲醇为提取溶媒

以KromasilC18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm

5μm）为固定相

乙腈水磷酸（20∶80∶0.024V/V/V）为流动相

流速:1.0mL.min-1

检测波长为288nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.1168μg～1.168μg范围内呈良好的线性关系

r=0.9998;平均回收率为96.911%

RSD=I.574%。结论:本方法简便、快速、重复性好

可作为制剂的定量分析方法。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a determining method for hesperidin in Zhizhu Pill by High-Perfomance Liquid Chromatograpgy. Methods:hesperidin was extracted from Zhizhu Pill by methanol. Kromasil C 18 column （4.6mm×250mm

5μm） was used as mobile phase

The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 and the wavelength of detection was as 288nm. Results: The calibration curve was showed good linearity within the concentration range of 0.1168μg～1.168μg

r=0.9998

the average recovery was 96.911%

RSD=1.574%. Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducible

and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of hesperidin in Zhizhu Pill.
